After speaking to you on the phone today, I realised that in all of our dealings I have not told you what I have told almost everybody else, and that is how happy Gerri and I are with the house that you built for us, the quality and integrity of your tradesmen and the open way you communicated with us throughout the work.
With my family living on the site, and my working next door watching every development throughout the day, I can’t imagine a more demanding situation for a builder. What I witnessed was your supervision, your prompt and masterful manner in dealing with issues as they arose and the mutually respectful relationship you had with the architect, various engineers, sub-contractors and employees.
We are very proud of the house that you built us and want you to know that if prospective clients would like to look at it, or speak to us about working with you, please don’t hesitate to have them contact us.
